These guidelines are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and safe experience for everyone involved—whether you’re listing your own products or purchasing something through our platform.RiichBeggar is committed to creating a trusted environment where users can trade second-hand items or purchase original products with confidence. These Terms outline your rights and responsibilities as a user, as well as our responsibilities as the service provider. They also explain how listings, payments, deliveries, and returns are handled, and what actions are prohibited on the platform.Please read these Terms carefully before using our service.
Product Listings
Users can freely list their pre-owned products on our platform. However, listing a product does not mean RiichBeggar is obligated to purchase or pick it up.
We will only pick up a listed item if a buyer shows interest. After pickup, the product will be delivered to the buyer. If the buyer accepts the product and makes payment, RiichBeggar will then transfer the amount to the seller after deducting a small commission.
Prohibited Listings
To maintain a safe, respectful, and student-friendly platform, RiichBeggar strictly prohibits the listing, sale, or promotion of any intoxicating substances (such as cigarettes, tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, or similar items), as well as any content that is inappropriate for a general audience, including materials that are suggestive, offensive, or not suitable for a student-focused platform.
Transaction Process

All transactions are handled by RiichBeggar.

We manage pickup, delivery, and payment from both ends.

Buyers will only pay once they are satisfied with the product upon delivery.

Sellers will receive payment only after buyer confirmation, with our platform’s commission deducted.
Refunds and Returns
We provide a refund system for buyers. If a buyer receives a product and is not satisfied with its condition or accuracy, they can refuse to accept it, and no payment will be made. The product will then be returned to the seller.
This ensures risk-free buying and helps maintain trust on both ends.
Brand Protection
All logos, names, content, and designs used under the RiichBeggar brand are the intellectual property of the company. No user is allowed to copy, reproduce, or use our brand name or content for personal or commercial gain without written permission.
Legal Jurisdiction
RiichBeggar is operated from India, and all our services are governed by the laws of India. If any legal issue or dispute arises related to the use of our platform, it will be handled according to Indian law. All such matters will be resolved in the courts located within India, and by using our platform, you agree to this legal framework.
Updates to Terms
